When possible, we prefer that you use the support email link from within The Writer’s Scribe application. Go to the Settings tab (the rightmost tab), then the General subtab if the Administrative Functions toggle is enabled, and click on the Send Support an Email... button. This will open an email message that you can add your question to. It also provides us with your registration name and registration key to confirm you as a customer so that we can provide support, along with other relevant information about your computer system.
